At the 2026 summer party, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taberg.siera.com\/en\/\">TABERG Engineers GmbH<\/a><\/strong> - Part of <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/siera.com\/\">SIERA<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> \u2013 created precisely this space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 19 June 2026, all staff members gathered at the Hammer SportClub\u2019s archery centre. Instead of a traditional summer party, the programme featured a special team event: archery. The day\u2019s sporting activities combined concentration, friendly competition and shared experiences \u2013 even in the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From practice shooting to a points competition<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To begin with, all participants were given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with archery during a group practice session. This required a steady hand, concentration and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was followed by a points competition. The staff from <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taberg.siera.com\/en\/\">TABERG Engineers GmbH<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> within <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/siera.com\/\">SIERA<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> In doing so, they demonstrated not only their accuracy but also their concentration and team spirit. The sporting event concluded with a joint prize-giving ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Team spirit even in high temperatures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The summer\u2019s heat presented all participants with additional challenges. This only served to highlight their concentration, stamina and positive team spirit all the more. Each round provided an opportunity to cheer each other on, share a laugh and enjoy the special atmosphere of the team event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moments like these are valuable because they enable collaboration outside the usual work routine. They encourage personal interaction and create memories that can strengthen team spirit in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A shared finale<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the sporting activities, the team rounded off the day with a barbecue buffet and refreshing drinks at the neighbouring Rucola restaurant. This get-together provided an opportunity for conversation, a look back at the competition and a relaxed evening spent together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taberg.siera.com\/en\/\">TABERG Engineers GmbH<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> - Part of <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/siera.com\/\">SIERA<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> \u2013 The summer party was a successful event that recognised the hard work and team spirit of all our staff. A big thank you goes to everyone who helped organise the day and contributed to making it such a wonderful summer party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experiencing corporate culture together<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Team-building events are more than just a break from the daily grind. They bring people together, strengthen mutual trust and create a setting in which a sense of community becomes apparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2026 Summer Festival showed how sport, fun and socialising can come together to create a successful team experience.
