Aim together, celebrate together
Shared experiences create opportunities for interaction, strengthen team spirit and bring corporate culture to life in everyday working life. At the 2026 summer party, TABERG Engineers GmbH - Part of SIERA – created precisely this space.
On 19 June 2026, all staff members gathered at the Hammer SportClub’s archery centre. Instead of a traditional summer party, the programme featured a special team event: archery. The day’s sporting activities combined concentration, friendly competition and shared experiences – even in the heat.
From practice shooting to a points competition
To begin with, all participants were given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with archery during a group practice session. This required a steady hand, concentration and accuracy.
This was followed by a points competition. The staff from TABERG Engineers GmbH within SIERA In doing so, they demonstrated not only their accuracy but also their concentration and team spirit. The sporting event concluded with a joint prize-giving ceremony.
Team spirit even in high temperatures
The summer’s heat presented all participants with additional challenges. This only served to highlight their concentration, stamina and positive team spirit all the more. Each round provided an opportunity to cheer each other on, share a laugh and enjoy the special atmosphere of the team event.
Moments like these are valuable because they enable collaboration outside the usual work routine. They encourage personal interaction and create memories that can strengthen team spirit in the long term.
A shared finale
After the sporting activities, the team rounded off the day with a barbecue buffet and refreshing drinks at the neighbouring Rucola restaurant. This get-together provided an opportunity for conversation, a look back at the competition and a relaxed evening spent together.
